THURSDAY 30th April 2026.
It was a very exciting game with the score at 18 all, 25 all, every Wauchope bowler was contributing to the score. By the time the game reached 21 ends Wauchope was behind 30 to 32. A big thank you to Kempsey Bowlo for the well prepared venue and the hospitality.
On Saturday morning, 2nd May 2026 a game of social bowls was played at the Wauchope Country Club. On the 15th end my team was holding 6 in the head when Julie the opposing skip on her last bowl slammed into the head sending the jack out to pick up the shot. Oh! Oh!
The winners on 18 to 13 were Patricia Fletcher, Jenny Wooster and Marie Winter.
The jackpot was No. 45 Donna Scaysbrook who was not playing, therefore the jackpot will be carried forward. Raffle prizes were picked up by Lil Allen, Julie Samuelsson x 2 Pat Coombes.
