FOUR men will face court following an alleged affray at a licensed premises in Wauchope last year.
About 6.50pm on Saturday 13 September 2025, police were called to a licensed premises on High Street, Wauchope, following reports of a brawl.
At the scene, police were told a group were allegedly requested to leave the premises before an employee was pushed into a wall and verbally abused.
The group allegedly re-entered the premises before leaving a short time later.
Following extensive inquiries and a review of CCTV footage, police issued Court Attendance Notices to four men – two aged 22, and the others aged 32 and 45.
All four men were charged with “affray” and “excluded person re-enter/attempt to re-enter premises”.
The 32-year-old man was also charged with “common assault”.
They are all due to appear before Port Macquarie Local Court on Wednesday 13 May 2026.
